But on the filing itself, I should amend what I said up top --she didn't wait as long as we thought.
The suit actually was filed first back in 2010, not just recently. That would've been
about 2 yrs. after the incident. And then it was amended in 2011.

a total of $11 million.
The recent bump-up to $75 Million is probably another amendment, as you said, to get things moving if talks have
stalled lately --she and her team probably know it won't come near that in the end.
