I noticed Barbara was keeping her legs folded over extremely tightly while wearing that red dress, especially when they were seated in the armchairs....I wonder if she was trying to prevent another little stockings peek?
Any way you slice it, she's one of the world's most beautiful women.
She is in a business and position that markets that beauty, and she should be very proud of her body and face - and celebrate it while she can. Rebecca Romijn's philosophy comes to mind. She has shared herself with the world most admirably and tastefully.
Barbara does seem to have a prudey side, and that could come from, say, a bad Sunday School teacher.
I don't know that she's "prude," at least from her own choice...I mean, just consider how she used to dress in the early days of Primer Impacto through her peak years in 2007-2009:

And even while attending public events:

I think she's well aware of how often she's viewed as one of the "sexier" broadcasters in the industry, and for most of her career, she had no hesitation about wearing some of the tightest, lowest-cut tops with some of the shortest skirts you might see on TV.
It seems more like two things happened (both around the same time) that turned Barbara into more of a "prude" as far as her wardrobe choices:
1- She got married, had 2 kids, and has really settled into a serious family role, going so far as to be a very public "Mom" figure for Univision viewers and Hispanic audiences.
2- Univision across the board has become more "prude" - long gone are the days of women in thong bikinis getting into the hot tub on El Gordo y La Flaca or dancing on Sabado Gigante. As Univision has grown into one of the top 4 or 5 channels in the United States (beating NBC in monthly ratings last February or March), it seems like the top executives have issued a call for much of the previous sexuality-driven appearances to be erased in favor of more conservative, mainstream, family-friendly type of viewing.
Barbara Bermudo is still an extraordinarily sexy woman, one of the overall hottest on TV, and it sucks that she covers herself up more often than not these days (with the occasional killer outfit once in awhile), but it seems like it was kind of inevitable, both because Univision's growth has demanded it, and I wouldn't be surprised if her husband took some issue with the way she dressed and asked her to start appearing more modestly, and she obliged.
So I don't quite know if she's a full-on "prude" by nature....if anything, she's probably more of an undercover freak, she just can only let it out on rare occasions now.
