Imo, Gretchen's husband is the agent for Derek Jeter, the Yankees shortstop. He only got a 3 yr. deal from the Yankees instead of the 5 yr.deal they were looking for last year.
Gretchen was probably looking for something similar, but makes one mistake, she believes she is the female face of the FNC, since she is on the big morning show. But, during the recent political conventions it was obvious the female face of Fox is Megyn Kelly and she already has her own show and is way more popular than Gretchen.
As to who will or should replace Gretchen, Roger Ailes probably already has someone in mind or he has it down to a few ladies.
I think PAB would be the best fit,but don't see it happening since she is in the rotation on the early FnF show. I wouldn't be surprised if Anna Kooiman did get it, but also wouldn't be surprised if he pulled a rabbit out of the hat and put a newbie.

Then Elizabeth Prann moves from Atlanta to take Ainsley's overnight shift :Kool

But Gretchen was with FNC for over a year before E.D. was moved off of F&F and Gretchen took over the middle of F&F.

I would not be surprised if Alisyn got the center on F&F and Ainsley moved to F&F weekends. But there is no telling what may happen. Gretchen may realize the smart thing to do is to sit tight where she is on F&F.

Is it just me or does Gretchen just seem as if F&F's is the last place she wants to be? Watched her mood and body language this AM and just got the feeling she is not a happy camper as far as F&F's goes or she already knows her fate. Hope she doesn't pull a "Chetry".

Has anyone also noticed that Gretchen has started wearing very conservative attire? The skirts are VERY long and not revealing at all. Maybe she is trying to portray a different image as she sets up to leave. Just my 2 cents.

BTW...my vote is for Anna Kooiman to replace Gretchen. Anna's legs are AMAZING!!!
