I first posted some Kelsey in my Alix Kendall thread and the response to this honey was fantastic. I have decided to create a Kelsey thread and this is it. First the preliminaries.

Kelsey Soby is thrilled to help provide her hometown community with the news of the day. 

The Hopkins High School graduate grew up in the suburbs of Minneapolis and has enjoyed telling the stories of Minnesota ever since. 

As a news anchor and reporter at KEYC TV in Mankato, MN and at WDAY TV in Fargo-Moorhead, Kelsey has done everything from on-scene, live reporting to shooting and editing film, to producing entire newscasts and then anchoring them. She's proud of her in-depth investigative work, including one story which brought attention to a failing tornado siren system in several midwest counties, and eventually lead to the purchase and implementation of a new system. 

Kelsey is a reporter for FOX 9 and also handles the Traffic Anchor role. She has a record of creating some of the "most innovative" and sometimes "crazy" stand-ups and live shots, which help her break news at the traffic desk on FOX 9. She gets to report ad-lib live breaking news all morning and feels great about helping people get to work as quickly and safely as possible. 

Kelsey graduated Magna come Laude from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. She started her career in news working in the Tennessee Governor's Communications Office and interning at WTVF TV in Nashville.
