I was surprised to see a leather skirt on this show but I see they also have some thigh-high boots and rubber dresses going on! Surprising for a show aimed at the younger crowd...

It's in the first clip on this page... you can see it in the thumbnail preview, second row second column. Looks like one of the jean-style leather skirts Gap put out years ago. There's another scene with the same skirt in the previous set of SVH clips too.
