Took me 2 1/2 hours to dl the clip of Jenna outside.

I save the clip to my media player or to "all files" and the normal dl box comes up, but the dl stops about 1 to 2 seconds before completition. A second pop up box comes up and states that it is copying. However, when you hit the "more info" arrow on this 2nd box, the "from", "to" and "time remaining" areas are either blank or it says "calculating". Needless to say that during this time, the whole computer is slower than slow. Don't understand why the 2nd copying pop up box appears and why it takes 2 1/2 hours to dl a 24 second clip.

Any advice would be appreciated.

When it starts saving to your folder you should see this

I do see a box similar to that one, but it stops with 1 - 2 seconds left and then the 2nd box comes up, the "copying" box. I don't know where it is copying from or to.
