They were talking about celebrity shoes. Bob was laughing at Robin's shoes and that's when she put her leg up on the desk.

To expand that, she had intended to just take her shoe off to show the camera, but she couldn't do it quickly, so she just plopped her leg up on the desk instead.

I too also wonder if Bob got a Gretchen-like view during that moment... :oops:
