I finally made the video of Erica's exercise segment, which can be downloaded here. It's 95MB big and 4:22 in length.
It's probably already on YouTube, but I needed the practice.

I'll try to post material from the 10/03 Early Show as soon as I get some more free time.

Sure, I'll give it a shot. The raw files are pretty big, but I'll do some experimenting and post what I come up with in the videoclip forum in the next dew days.
