I can't speak for everyone, but I don't think people are offended by it. I've always said if a girl is in a tiny dress I'd rather gawk over the legs then quick panty flash. It is a treat when it happens, but just part of the whole. There are a lot of people who watch just for upskirts, and if that's your thing then more power to you. I record newsbabes in short skirts and make edited vids of it, so who am I to judge what's weird. :lol:
