thx Ice - I happened to be awake on Tues am and saw this lady on there and was wondering who it was. I noticed she messed up a segway to a promo but I guess a few newbie jitters are to be expected....

Dan Wheeler's been at QVC 20+ years and still messes up on promos. :lol:
