problem is theres about 20 host thats have been there longer and have more seniority than her

Dscaler,I record the clips LIVE

then I use Windows Movie Maker to change them to WMV

how do you get Dscaler to record clips to look normal?
Because i tried once and the video came out rectangular shape squeezed

Windows Movie Maker fixes that when it converts it from AVI to WMV
