Great caps. But had she been wearing that top at CNBC, there would have been at least one excellent display of nipplage during the three hour broadcast. This proves once and for all that Liz is wearing some sort of padding or covering that's keeping the puppies from being shown to full effect. Don't get me wrong, she still did wonders for that sweater. But her halcyon days may truly be over - ironically, at Fox, where most female anchors have made an art form out of exhibitionism.
