Silvia Laubenbacher wurde am 18.10.1965 geboren. Sie studierte das Lehramt und machte eine Ausbildung zur Steuerfachgehilfin. 1988 war Silvia Moderatorin bei den Radiosendern "Radio Sunshine", "Radio Kö" und "Radio RT1". 1991 wurde sie dann Nachrichtensprecherin bei TV Weiß/Blau. Ihre Karriere als Ansagerin bei Pro7 begann 1992 und hielt bis zur Abschaffung der Ansagen an! Im November 1998 wurde Silvia dann bei ProSieben "Wetter-Fee", wechselte einige Monate später (Mai 1999) dann aber zur "Hauptmoderation" des Pro7-Magazin "SAM". Dieses Magazin moderierte sie anfangs im Wechsel mit Alexander Mazza. Silvia Laubenbacher ist mit Percy Hoven (Moderator der RTL-Magazine "Natur-Trend" und "Money-Trend") verheiratet. Die beiden haben 2 gemeinsame Kinder.
