Let's be honest, the whole shopping host job is about acting to get the buy.
Just find the old 60min segment on Bobbi Ray Carter, she talks about how it's all about selling the item for sale as the best thing ever invented.

I'am sure Lisa isn't the only one that wishes things would go away that keeps up somewhere
