Has it crossed anyone’s mind that Robin might decide to retire soon? She’s made a lot of money and seems to have plenty of other passions and hobbies. I can’t imagine she wants to wake up at 3:30 forever. I’m not basing this on anything other than suspicion, it’s just a thought spurred by her time away from the desk and lack of instagram / twitter posts lately.

Good points but many of these TV people have huge egos and love being in the limelight, usually don’t want to give that up no matter how much $$$ they have (see, Oprah)
