we all seen damage that storm did to Houston and Texas. why is weather channel not doing 20 hrs day of weather reports on new hurricane that might be hitting us as cat 5. why are they going back to reality tv shows and not keep news story's and update on irma

Saving up money they've spent plus planning where to send everyone for next storm I'd guess.

Its to early to tell which direction its heading by the end of the week coverage will be nonstop

Because they have become a JOKE! They are still patting themselves on the back for doing a whole 6 days straight live.

They used to be 24/7/365/366 live. But I guess we need more fat guys in the woods reruns instead of WEATHER REPORTS!

But when cable systems drop them for Weather Channels that do 24/7 they cry how important they are & its not fair that they get dropped as the public needs them.

No we DONT!

Then on top of all their whining they decide to act like they're more important than the National Weather Service by naming winter storms something that NWS and meteorologists everywhere have good reason to not do.

Anymore major storms and TWC may have to cut back on on-air staff and personnel. Hmm...they talked climate change for years and they're not ready for change? Interesting.

just update will have to leave from irma. trying to get pops to go but wants to wait and see. i want out before all road closed or stand still from wreck.

Prayers to you and all other WWofW members in the southeast this weekend. I lived in FL for 3 months near the cape in the late 80s. Luckily we left before hurricane season.

some how i got lucky from this storm would thought would carport would had damage only had small large branch form plant fall over out ground. other then that no power to tues night and got cable and internet back today at 10:30
