I think Jenna is 8-9 months now. But also remember to add a few months for maternity leave. Also there is a chance she does not come back.
She could become a stay at home mom or I dont mean to sound crude but maybe her body does not go back to a models body. Remember this isnt working at a company, this is being in your underwear on national tv.

Would Jenna want to be on tv if she isnt perfect? Would qvc want to show a real women with "imperfections" in her underwear? Things to consider.
