Emily and Megan were talking about running in aspect to the upcoming Virginia Ten Miler. Emily herself participated in the 4 Mile Run last year, and they showed a pic of her during the event. But this year apparently, she hurt herself, so there couldn't be any shots of Emily and Megan running.
Megan certainly is quite a lively character on air during Good Morning Virginia, and the facials she gave during this interview certainly prove that.
WSET management must really use running as a selling pitch to potential anchors. Several ladies have come and gone who have participated in things like The Virginia Ten Miler.
