I would love to see Ainsley or Anna K. in the newly opened seat. My favorite woman on Fox will always be Sandra Smith (her perfect hosed legs deserve a spot in the Newscasters Hall of Fame) and I think she could counter balance her two male hosts as well. I have never really seen much of Ainsley or Anna K debating, so I can't make a decision on this. I have seen Sandra on Outnumbered, and she can usually hold her own on that show. I just don't want the 2 men to rule the whole show. Also, please no Stacey Dash! Since she is such a strong conservative voice I could see Fox unexpectantly picking her. Fox likes to have that "shock factor" and hiring Ms. Dash would do that. Either way, there is no wrong choice with Sandra Smith, Ainsley or Anna K.

That "shock factor" already got her suspended once not sure if they want that everyday.
SD doesn't have the knowledge or ability to handle that spot, plus I would never watch FOX again. The producers can only feed you so much info thru the headset then it's up to you to run with the story she doesnt have that ability. Most of the hosts at FOX don't need someone in there ear I am still trying to figure out how she got hired in the first place. Sorry guys she just sets me off, the only one on FOX that I cannot stand.
I think that Dash's very outspoken position against the President has to make her a Fox executive's dream come true. Elizabeth Hasselbeck was very good at defending her point of views, but the main reason that she received her job was storm that she caused when she left The View. Dash has created an even bigger storm that would get viewers to tune in. In the end, its all about the ratings. To those that watch Fox more, would you please let me know more about Anna K. or Ainsley? Are they good at debating and are they strong conservatives like the 2 previous women in the hot seat (Gretchen and Elizabeth)? I have usually started my mornings watching Nuevo Dia's Rashel Diaz. So I am not too familiar with them on air. I have just seen the amazing caps of them posted here over the years.

Ainsley's hero is Reagan
If you've heard her on Out#, she's as conservative as any of them
Plus she is very religious
Anna also is very conservative
Either of them would carry the Fox philosophy well
One thing to remember is the job of the woman on F&F is to be the traffic cop and keep things moving
Ainsley does that very well but she tends to defer to the men when they interview Baier, Wallace or Trump
I think her time on Out# has helped her in that regard
Anna is more assertive than Ainsley
Ainsley's strength is in interviews when she talks to people who have been though tragedies, like a hurricane or a victim of a crime
She's a very compassionate person and you can see her empathy come through in situations like that
Anna will do anything and I think that's her strength
