"An announcement - I'm leaving WTNH. I wanted to thank everyone for all of your support while I was here.
My life outside of work is in NYC and that's where I want to be too. So I'm headed a bit south.

Unlike the Weather Channel, this appears to have been her doing, mainly because her boyfriend is in NYC.

Is that her out of the news all together?

Well, until she lands a position somewhere (unless she has already but can't talk about it)
then yes.

Kyla's slight edge, though, is that she's got some acting chops as well.
So being in New York provides her more opportunities in all of the fields she's experienced in.
