The blonde is former Miss NC Hayley Best. She is the commercial spokeswoman for Rug and Home, a local furniture and rug company and I agree she is smokin' hot. :Tounge

Thanks for letting us know who she is. I had idea who she was let alone a a former Miss North Carolina. I actually looked for her and found her after I type in Hailey Best instead of Hayley Best. I think she is best babe ever from those Rug&Home commercials!!!!!
