You might be right, I've seen hosts switch between networks but not models.

I did not see Nora, however her FB account states she works at QVC. There was this entry from 4/23,

Wow, there she is. Hey, as long as she's still on TV, I'm happy.

I also remember QVC's Sharon once appearing on HSN for some vendor's hair product, but that was probably her only appearance.
