She has been doing weekday mornings lately. I can only see her on the WBIR web feed so I personally can't really cap her, but she is viewable from there.

There is a way to cap her. While watching on web feed, you can press the Print Screen button and paste it to Paint.

That's really only good for an occasional cap, however. It would require constant switching of windows, saving, and opening/closing files. When I said I can't really cap from the feed, I really meant there's no easy way to do multiple captures.
