When we last had a visit from Denise, she was offering tips on how to get the
best workout in your hotel room. ( well, other than THAT)

This time we go back to 2001, and this was part of a DVD/VHS series Denise did on yoga.
She was a bit more daring back then, and it shows here.
As nice as the images are, the audio alone and Denise's way of phrasing is not bad either.

Denise is probably fifty-something now, and she probably STILL looks better in spandex than most of us EVER will...
