Fast forwarding back to the present...
Everyone knows about Ginger's well publicized mental health concerns, and it is important we all take some time in our everyday lives to make sure that we stay healthy, whether you are online or with family/friends/co-workers, etc. Talk things out if you are struggling or uncertain/frustrated that things in life may not be what you had hoped for (certain goals you were trying to achieve for example.)
Originally recorded in October 2020, this meditative podcast features a rather lengthy description:
"As chief meteorologist for ABC News, Ginger Zee has traveled the world to cover historic storms and extreme weather. But her passion for storm chasing and adventure belies an emotional turmoil that’s been churning since childhood. It’s not until an assignment in Nepal, paragliding off a mountain cliff, that Ginger finally lays claim to the pain she’s long denied."
The podcast features "high-sensory storytelling techniques to transport listeners to a time and place where everything changed".
Host and mindfulness guide Rohan Gunatillake will guide the listener through "gentle mindfulness prompts embedded in line with the story itself, prompting listeners to settle more deeply in story details, and connect with their own observations."
Peaceful and very calm originally composed music comes from WaitWhat music director Ryan Holladay. One might or might not notice is some type of shift between music and vibration (like you might hear sometimes at a doctor's office), the story will come to life. Coupled with Ginger's two books, it will be interesting to see how we as people can change our state of mind the better.
It is also available on Spotify, Apple Music, or wherever you get your podcasts (familiar tagline, but that's what everyone from celebrities to the average man/woman that talks about their passions tries to spread the word around the globe.)
Try to squeeze some time to hear it, it's really powerful in its' underlying messaging:
