What ever happened to this board rule?

--Do not bash or use derogatory names or terms about the ladies.

Kelly Ripa has been bashed for a long time because some people think she's too thin, but lately other women are being trashed too. Today it's Juliet Huddy. Why do people have a need to say negative things about others here? What does it accomplish? What happened to "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all"?

The two posts in question have been removed and a note to refrain from the negative comments was posted.
I have no problem with comments about not liking a woman's hair style or wardrobe choice however,
we don't overly negative comments about the women being posted and discussed on the forum.

a discussion topic that is semi-negative that I would like to see is "babes that we all appreciate a ton, but... wear the same outfit too many times overall or too soon in the rotation" I have a few women in mind that meet this description...

I know clothes are expensive, but if you're on TV a lot, sorry, go shopping and get a better variety

....or have an amazon wishlist setup so the fans that bash can buy her new dresses, shoes, etc

FYI Talking Heads get all the clothes, outfits, dresses, suits and accessories they can carry as part of their employment contract & compensation AND have all sorts of opportunities to get more clothing from designers who want their stuff promoted all day long. Even Bill O-Reilly is given the suits and paid to wear them by some designer who is mentioned in the show's closing credits..............

No Talking Head will ever go naked or even have to wear the same dress twice - UNLESS they choose otherwise. And lastly, this isn't limited to Talking Heads. Nearly all Celebs and TV personalities get clothing & accessory deals..........

There isn't anything wrong with saying someones outfit or hair sucks. This board is about HOT women and even hot women can turn themselves ugly fast by chopping up a good hairdo or wearing a frumpy potato sack for the millions of viewers........

P.S. Robin Meade looks hotter than Hell in Black...................... no matter how many times she wears it...........

Based on Ripa's fashion finder... the clothes worn on her show are not the same ones she wears to work. At the studio she changes after the wardrobe consultant and Kelly pick an outfit. Many talk show guest change after they get to a talk show and go through wardrobe and makeup, but some keep what they wore into the show. It's a choice made in wardrobe. Ripa has worn the same outfits twice before even three times. but she changes it up so it is rare.

I think it depends on the show I know that Ginger Zee once said she has to buy her own clothes but there probably is a stylist who helps pick out the clothes.
However, they pretty much all wear the same outfit more than once
