Nice car, fitz. Might I recommend putting a rubber bladder in the gas tank and a shield between the gas tank and the rear axle for improved safety?

(Now, back to wishing I were Colleen's husband.)

Thanks i'll check into that. These big block Fords are the same torque monsters that dominated the NASCAR circuit back in the 60's. Don't believe me check out the video in my signature. (Not mine but the same specs) 427 cobra jets are capable of putting out over 600hp / 600ft lbs of torque. It's scary!

And this is coming from a Chevy fan!

And you still bought a Fairlane? Damn! That would be like me buying a Dodgers cap!

Which is something that I would never never NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER do, BTW. :x :x :x :x :x

...but my dad's a Ford guy! :D

I like the old school fords and other muscle cars that i remember growing up. I don't really care too much for the American cars they make today, except for the vette of course. No offense to anyone but the cars they make today are just plain lame. No matter who makes them chevy, ford or dodge. IMO.

Once i can find a 71' 454 Chevelle and a 65 426 Hemi Plymouth for a good price, my little collection will be complete. :D

I mean where can you buy a Ford today or any other make that will hit a 1/2 in 11 sec. right off the show room floor for a little over $3000?
