forgive my ignorence why is it when someone posts a HQ picture most of the time it looks more like a drawing to me example is the HQ post 135 I think please look at my reply in that post to get details I would love an answer to this question thanks

Generally to be HQ it needs to be 1300 x 1900 minimum size and of course expected to have a lot of detail. That picture you say might have been scanned or maybe it's just big in size but not HQ. I have posted some pics smaller than 1300x1900 but still have the detail of HQ, those are basically MQ. I took a stab at answering, hoped it helped.
