Penelope was on the Arsenio Hall show back in the mid/early 90's...shortest black skirt I'd ever seen (early teens)...and the sheerest black hose. With his couch arrangement, it was a beautiful sight.

One time Penelope Ann was on Letterman wearing a VERY short black dress and sheer dark hose

She looked so great that when she sat down, all Letterman could do was point at her thigh and say, "You've got a string loose there." :mrgreen:
