I didn't bother with a video because it too misleading. Going through the scene in slow motion with the brightness adjusted, it appeared to me to be her inner thigh, not panties.

Of course, I define an upskirt as seeing anything above the hemline, so this would still technically qualify as one in my book. But when most people say upskirt, they mean visible panties, and there's no clear evidence that was the case here.
