I thought Pam got the sack from CityTV news? Did they bring her (and the others) back after a public outcry? I've not watched their news (in protrst) since the layoffs.

Apparently someone who did not get laid off is going on mat/pat leave soon, so they brought Pam back as a fill-in (she's not back on staff since she remains absent from the Personalities page). Presumably in 6 month's time, she'll be gone again unless someone at Rogers changes their minds.

Lets hope they change their minds and keep Pam on (bring back the old guard too). Or maybe the mat/pat person decides to be a stay at home mum/dad. Too bad about the others.
