That is not an upskirt. That is a reflection of her top with the corner of the paper that is on the table showing on the glass. You can see this by looking to her right. You do not see anything from the lower half of Mr. Stepanopoulos. |

Crop the pic down to eliminate Geo and enhance it and then look at the legs. Sure looks like an uppie.

It may look like an upskirt but it is not. The bottom part of her dress today was all black (see caps in North American caps). In the picture you see the white from her top which is reflection of her upper half. |

Yes there is a reflection on the top coming from the glass table however there clearly is a white v shape below that reflection from her undergarment and thighs. |
