The state legislation passed a new law into effect this week making the act of upskirting indeed a crime. The Gov. signed off on it Thurs. evening making it official. It appears there was an apparent uproar and shock at the earlier ruling in an earlier case that had been overturned. Of all the waste of taxpayers' dollars.... :Joker
