This was Kathie Lee & Hoda's replay of a bit Jay Leno showed on last night's Tonight Show:

He did the same thing earlier this year pretending to show Meredith Vieira stroking Jon Hamm with her leg.
Leno also uses video of news anchors but replaces their voices with someone reading different words to set up a joke. Did one using video of Robin Meade once.

Really can't stand it when he does those bits -- not only are the special effects crappy (notice how Ann's head looks detached from the body double) but it's frankly lazy comedy. :?

The body they used is probably pretty close to what Ann's would look like.
