Yes she is definitely looking lots older in the face. She has stopped wearing much make-up and hardly any lipstick at all and that makes a big difference. I'm thinking she is worried lots about losing her job and Tamron Hall getting all the attention whereas she has gotten shoved into the background.

One more thing, Tessa just turned 35 but she looks over 40 and I don't know why she has stopped wearing lipstick for it sure makes her look younger.
