NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
I'm going to miss her sexy, curvy body. I guess the title for sexiest meteorologist around here now officially goes to ABC13's Melissa Le Fevre.
http://www.facebook.com/wsls10/videos/1 ... 418397176/No word as to her future plans. She just says that she's going to take some time to do a lot of things that she wants to do. Which if you read between the lines probably means that she's leaving the TV business. Which would be sad. Several news personalities have left to either become communications directors for hospitals, colleges, etc. And some meteorologists have left to work for agencies which study climate change. Kristina has been with WSLS since 2011, which is almost ancient for a meteorologist, unless you're Robin Reed who has been with WDBJ for almost 40 years. Hopefully a station in a larger market will pick her up.
Yeah I looked the link you post. She doesn't want to wake up at 2:30 AM and go to bed at 6 PM so unless she can get a TV in the evening shift, her TV career is ended. Then again unsure if an evening shift is better either especially what type of life she wants to live, your favorite anchor Courtney Robinson got the WTSP job because the anchor before her Heather Van Nest left because she didn't continue to work until nearly midnight with two young kids. Unsure if she left on her accord or the station made the decision for she. It's a rough business especially for women with kids (probably rough for the guys as well). People leave, another local talent left recently after the birth of her first child and decide to work for her dad who runs to popular local restaurant here. The schedule is either work at the morning which start about 4 or 4:30 AM to 7 plus Noon broadcast or 5 to 6:30 PM and the 10 or 11 PM hour unless there's a different team like WTSP has Courtney with two other anchors 5 to 6:30 and there's another team at night but usually its the same time 5,6, and 11. Though don't get up hope because a couple of anchors in my neck of the woods retired or left the business and came back including who retired and decide to do infomercials and her studio was in the same building as studio at her pervious station and her old boss said the door is always open and she come back. Heather Van Nest on her twitter page said she's on sabbatical so it sounds like she might come back. I'm sure Kristina will think about it along with spending time with her family. Ultimately, it's not over until she makes a decision.
