I think it has more to do with her moving back to California than working at TWC. She is back with her family.

IMR, I'm sure you're right with your reasoning. Family likely has more to do with it. SoCal weather probably doesn't hurt.

I also think that just like in sports... not many talated people want to suffer through a rebuilding/rebanding process during the prime of their career.

The way TWC plays "musical chairs" or "where's Waldo" with OCM'S/weather coverage in general. Who would enjoy the shift from having a prime time slot every night of the week to being treated like an on-call fill in for reruns of Prospectors?
