Um, what? I would lose what little respect I have left for the weather channel if they let her leave. yet, they'll keep Alexandra Steele. Sorry to those who love her, but she just annoys me to no end. She is nothing as compared to Kristina, Sharon, Jeanetta, Tesch and Kim Perez. Just my opinion.... |

Rubicon, I agree with you 100%. At least Sharon is leaving by her own choice to be afull time Mom. She could come back to TV in a few years and still look great. |

Not sure I'm totally buying into the whole "leaving to be a mom" thing. That's a well-used excuse that's been used by networks and local stations for years when someone's contract is us for renewal and it doesn't get extended. I hope Sharon's really initiating this, but you never know.

I am sure they tried to jerk her around with schedule and all of that. I respect her for telling them to stick it and leave. Plus hewr hubby is an airline pilot so they are probably pretty well off. |
