Every time they do an upgrade even though I turned off auto upgrade my PVR stops working. So then I have to do a system restore to get it back. But in an apparent daze I "reset my PC" instead which is waaaaaaay different then a sys restore. I didn't lose not even 1 pic or 1 video but I lost 80% of all my programs - that's 10 years of more work than you can imagine. I was smart enough to have some of them backed up on an external USB stick but even then they did not want to run. So I'll be replacing software programs for the next month or so at least because I'm way too anal to be happy until I have at least 90% back.

ps: at least I sill have my 3000 porn vids, lol

ps: I've been offline basically for 3 days do to windows 10 wiping my PC clean. There are not enough cuss words in my language of origin to explain & express what happened. I will so it doesn't happen to someone else but it will be a week or so before I calm down. ps2: so i hope ya'll enjoy the pics, lol

You have my sympathy needless to say. And thanks BTW, didn't think of the difference between restore & reset.
