I was hoping someone caught this show. Glad to see Gretch on a stool showing those full gams!! BTW...do you do caps by taking pics of the tv? That's how mine looked when I tried that. Just curious. Thanks for the caps!!

No dude for the last time adjust your screen resolution. I'm recording with an HDPVR in 1080 and when I do the caps on my PC it's in 1080. If the caps don't look right to you it's because your computer resolution is not set to 1080.

My computer is HD...set at 1080....and your pics dont look HD sharp as some....Not putting your pics down at all. Very thankful for them...was just wondering....

Well I think I figured the mystery out. I posted it earlier in Martha's thread but I guess if you don't check her out you didn't see it(really though I can't understand how anyone would not be into Martha but to each their own..). Anyway here's what I found out:

Right, so it turns out I just found out that Fox News is broadcast in 720p. I thought it was in 1080p cause that's what my PVR showed the input resolution at. Come to find out the reason for that is because the output resolution to my DVR was set to 1080p.

So anyway long story short I'm now capping in 720p. What that means is small cap size but the caps should come out more clear and crisp.
