The send off was different b/c EH is leaving FNC. Gretchen wasn't leaving FNC. Everyone there then knew she was going to host her own show: The Real Story.

I hadn't checked this Awesome thread out until the other day when I was trying to locate some Heather Nauert caps in white from November (which I found...so Thank you Art!), but 2nd "Pool's" comment. Very nice clear caps "Art"!!!

From the caps here & vids members here posted, she looks genuinely sad she's leaving & really doesn't want to. I saw the other thread, but I think her husband 'encouraged' (PC term) her to give it up 4 'his' own reasons. Of course I don't know why. Only people close to her know. Either way, I hope she's happy & healthy.

She's small, but has a great figure for her small frame. She's outgoing (no pun intended) & fun loving. That's part of why your caps of her are so Awesome. Next host has some big shoes to fill!

There also were plenty of reports Doofus and Killjoy didn't like working with Gretchen
Gretchen is MUCH better on her own show anyway
You could tell they genuinely like Elisabeth

That would likely mean someone offering her some insane amount
of money to do so, since she appears to be leaving specifically
to get out of television. If she wants no parts of it now, why expect her to pop
up anytime in 2016?

(only exception is if she's got some hush-hush deal for another show and is
managing to keep it under tight wraps --not counting on it though)

That was a great last show! Although I'm excited for Anna to hopefully get the spot, I'm kind of sad because it was the best of both worlds with Elizabeth missing so much and Anna was the one to fill in most of the time. I hope to see her back on TV, likely in a later spot while her kids are at school is what I'm thinking if she comes back to tv.

My apologies if this discussion has been started elsewhere (mods please redirect me if that is the case) but who will assume Elisabeth's spot on a permanent basis?

My thoughts:

1) Anna Kooiman moving to F&F weekdays, maybe putting Juliet Huddy or Heather Nauert on F&FW. Rationale: she's been Elisabeth's stand-in so much lately, so...ehh, why not?

2) Heather Nauert taking the curvy couch and everything else standing pat. Rationale: She's senior to Anna IRT network tenure.

3) Juliet Huddy. She's been there longer than Anna, probably as long as Heather, has experience on F&F/weekend, and because I'm tired of seeing her waste away on Good Day NY.

The decision may have already made or the debate still rages somewhere on this site. If so, my bad. I've been out of the loop due to Christmas, it's four a.m. in DC, and I'm hungry.
