I think that outfit is like one of those trick 3-d paintings where there's a hidden ship behind all the dots on the painting if you stare at it long enough. So, i think in this case, if you stare at her outfit long enough, you'll see her naked.

I really think she's got to be the hottest woman pregnant EVER, being heavy just doesn't hurt Kiran's appearance at all, the face looks gorgeous full like that and the body is still fine too.
