I'm not exactly sure about the reasoning behind it either, unless the network feels the newer anchors need to be weaned into a four hour shift. The last time Jen did this a few years ago she did the first half while Mike Galanos did the second. (At least they got the order right!) And yet after Jen left the desk today, she still did the money reports for Elizabeth, so it's not like she wasn't still there the rest of the way. |
