She normally gets up around 2AM so she can commute and prep for the show. Today, she woke up at 5:20 (oops). Carlos did a segment solo during the first half hour so she could get her hair and makeup done (time lapsed in caps 30-39). Bob had even tweeted that Carlos would be doing the first hour, but I guess Robin had that pedal to the metal on the way to CNN Center because she was on the air, bedhead and all! |

Even so, I'm sure there are plenty of female anchors who'd be glad to look that good before the makeup process.  Let's not be too quick to blame the alarm clock, too -- Could just be that hubby wanted some extra "quality time" in the wee hours...  . |

It would be stupid for any of us to complain about anyone who looks that pretty. Have to agree, a little less makeup becomes her.

She's an incredible beauty and a great sport to laugh at herself and allow cameras to film her getting made up.....She's a great way to start the day. Thanks HSF for always keepig us updates with Robin..
