I mentioned Daphne, that's her in black, when the camera pans from her feet to her face. That happens around the middle of the movie, before then she's getting ready, wearing one of those fright mask facials women used back then. :P It was for comic effect, the movie is a comedy, similar to 1985's "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" with Helen Hunt and Sarah Jessica Parker.
