Heres a pride of place feature i lifted from itvlocal,Had to disable the audio as ASF is a crap file type,almost as bad as WMV,Couldnt sort the sync at all,I did try though!

the quality on itvlocal is actually quite good,240mb for the episode.alot to download just to get a 2 minute edit of Bex,But boy is she worth it,imo of course
