Thanks leg love, the only poster worth his salt. :D

What do you use for an editing suite ?, I use studio plus 10, but to get my files down to the same lenght of time as yours ends up being 500-600m

I use MAGIX Movie Edit Pro v14 stoly. You may be using too high a bitrate when you export the movie. I use a bitrate of 2560 which gives me a 5 min 100mb video with good picture quality. I also set the audio sample rate at 33000. A lower audio sample rate helps keep the file size down. I then export the video as MPEG-2 format.

Experiment with the bitrate and audio sample settings to get the filesize down.

I've had the bitrate at between 6000- 12000, I thought it was helping with the quality of the video, I'll try your recommendations and see how I get on. Thanks once again :D

Yeah that's a bit high stoly. File size must be huge using 12000 :D

1.94 gig is the standard.
Using your recommendations I've gotten them down to between 115m & 150m :D .
Now my problem seems to be with rapidshare getting them to accept the uploads, it's been about a year since I last had an account with them.
