Actually, that's merely a full-screen shrunk by the left and bottom banner by the interactive option on my satelite provider. The banner on my old cable provider just stuck a banner on the screen, covering the weatherbabes from the waist down. This is an improvement. The caps of Elizabeth Caron I uploaded on the weekend show there's no difference in the overall screen size with or without the banner.
