All of her appearances were basically replacing what would have been her mega-book tour.

But as she said over the last several months, shipping deals prevented the book from arriving late in 2021. Instead, it finally arrived and became available online and at every Barnes & Noble store on January 11.

For those who have not seen the interview/podcast, her big takeaways which then branched out into many different lanes involving mental health included:

- Finding the "right" therapist
- Write things down when you are depressed and talk about it with people you trust
- For those who are parents, find stuff for kids to watch even if you don't feel like watching 2 minutes of a certain show/movie
- Andrew Z also had a question in discussing her time on DWTS and whether the judging was fair and did she truly feel sexy on the inside
- The major issue of servers and other dedicated people with thousands of sit-down restaurants having to shut their doors, due to this being the worst pandemic of our lives brings on the debate of getting our favorite food delivered--and that takeout/drive thrus have been huge in this regard. However, it costs almost as much (or a bit more, depending on where yo live), compared to going to buy your favorite groceries as opposing to going out.
- Doing the weather outdoors but there are some days where she misses being in the studio.
- Being true to yourself. Ginger mentioned it in the book after her first set of therapists didn't turn out in what she was really seeking at the time. Proper diagnosis is here, but several years ago--specialists were needed to make sure you got the proper help necessary to avoid further mental and/or health issues.

On January 6, Ginger took part in Episode 148 of the award winning Storm Front Freaks podcast.

At long last, Ginger returned to the studio on Monday for the first time in over 7 weeks .



From what I have noticed online, the last time she was in the studio was the week before Christmas.

As a bonus, she also did a TikTok dance video behind the scenes with Dr. Jennifer Ashton. Sadly, I could not locate the video .

Great to see Ginger back in pantyhose as well. I hope all the creeps keep their comments to themselves and not drive her back to not wearing again. Maybe we might see more sightings before it warms up.
