Hmm I read this in the 2/5/14 Metro newspaper:

"Longtime WCVB news anchor Bianca de la Garza is leaving her job to develop an entertainment and lifestyle show that will air on the Boston ABC affiliate. The show, which has been in the works for more than a year, will focus on Boston's local celebrity, fashion and nightlife scene, de la Garza said."

Hmmm. Might've misinterpreted a blurb I read down here that said she was leaving the anchor desk to form a production company. From reading that I got the impression she was going behind the scenes and would no longer be in front of the camera. It seems from your article and others, that may not be the case, luckily!

I went to the source: WCVB where she works. Should have done that first. :Doh

She has formed her own company Lucky Gal Productions and she will be leaving WCVB but the show I wrote about will be on that same channel. She said the show will be "very Boston and very Bianca – stay tuned!" We do have much more of Bianca to go, she won't be leaving WCVB until the end of May.

Bianca is supposed to be at WCVB until the end of May but it seems like sometimes she is absent from the noon news for a week at a time. I'm never up early enough to see her on the eyeopener news before GMA comes on so she might not take week at a time breaks on that one.

The JPEG titles come from the file names Media Portal creates when it records. I use Elecard MPEG Player to cap from the videos and it uses the video file name to create cap file names. I'm not doing anything!
